Cultural diversion - 20 20 cricket at the Adelaide Oval
January 9th, 2008 by jbowes
Thanks to some enterprising initiative by Stuart (Tas) and others, a group of about 90 attended a 20/20 cricket game at the Adelaide Oval between South Australia and Western Australia.
No doubt the resounding West Australian win was due to the very vocal Science teachers from the West who were in the crowd. A good time was had by all. For me this means that I have now been to a cricket game at the MCG, the SCG, the Bellerive Oval and the Adelaide Oval. Looks like I’d better work on adding the GABBA and the WACA and Lords. Thanks guys for organising this!
